About this planning tool

The questions take you through where your website stands today, what isn’t working, and what your site needs to do over the next few years, from the visitors you want to reach to the features and support you’ll need.

It takes around 15 minutes and there are no technical questions. Skip anything you’re unsure about. Once you finish, I’ll email you a copy of your answers to keep, share with colleagues or use as a brief for your next website project. There’s no obligation to work with me.
